Frank Fisher Bennett (September 15, 1890 – April 29, 1957) was an American film actor active during the silent era. He played the role of Charles IX in D. W. Griffith's 1916 epic ''Intolerance''. Born in New York, Bennett worked for Vitagraph in New York before he moved to Hollywood with D. W. Griffith. During World War I, Bennett joined the Army and worked in Washington in the Ordnance Department. He was married to actress Billie West. Frank Bennett (baseball)
Francis Allen Bennett (October 27, 1904 – March 18, 1966), nicknamed "Chip", was a pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Boston Red Sox. Listed at 5' 10.5", 163 lb., he batted and threw right-handed. A native of Mardela Springs, Maryland, Bennett reached the majors in 1927 with the Red Sox, spending part of two seasons with them. In five appearances, he posted a 0–1 record with a 2.70 ERA, including one start, one strikeout, six walks, and 13 ⅓ innings pitched. Bennett died in Wilmington, Delaware, at the age of 61. Frank Bennett (1868 – November 1930) was an Australian chemist who was disciple of occultist Aleister Crowley a member and later head of Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.) in that country. He was a member of Crowley's A∴A∴ and is often referred to by one of the magical names that he used in that Order: ''Frater Progradior''. Frank Bennett (February 19, 1895 – November 11, 1946) was a business manager and politician in Newfoundland. He represented St. John's West Extern in the Newfoundland House of Assembly from 1928 to 1932. The son of Sir John Robert Bennett and Laura Jane Taylor, he was born in St. John's and was educated at Bishop Feild College and St. Andrew's College in Toronto. David Henry Wray (born 20 June 1959) is an Australian jazz singer, musician and songwriter who performs under the stage name Frank Bennett, a blend of Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett. Frank Bennett (born 3 January 1969) is an English former professional football forward. Bennett played for Halesowen Town before joining Southampton in February 1993 for an initial fee of £10,000. He played 19 times, mainly as a substitute, and scored once against Chelsea, before joining Shrewsbury Town on loan in October 1996 and moved to Bristol Rovers the following month for a fee of £3,000. He joined Exeter City on non-contract terms in February 2000, but left to join Forest Green Rovers the following month.
