Forstater V Centre For Global Development Europe
''Forstater v Centre for Global Development Europe'' is a UK employment and discrimination case brought by Maya Forstater against the Centre for Global Development (CGD). Gender fluidity (commonly referred to as genderfluid) is a non-fixed gender identity that shifts over time or depending on the situation.
