''Flip or Flop Nashville'' is a television series airing on HGTV hosted by real estate agents DeRon Jenkins and Page Turner. It is a spin-off of the HGTV series ''Flip or Flop''. DeRon Charles Jenkins (born November 14, 1973 in St. Louis, Missouri) is a former American football cornerback in the National Football League and Arena Football League. He was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the second round of the 1996 NFL Draft. He played college football at Tennessee. Donelson, Tennessee
Donelson is a neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee about 6 mi (10 km) east of downtown Nashville along U.S. Route 70. It is named in honor of John Donelson, co-founder of Nashville and father-in-law of Andrew Jackson, Nashvillian and seventh President of the United States.
