''Fists of Bruce Lee'' () is a 1979 Bruceploitation film starring Bruce Lee imitator, Bruce Li. Co-directed by Li and Kim Hyung-Joon, the film was released in Hong Kong on April 17, 1979. Synopsis Bruce Lee (Bruce Li) is assigned to go undercover as Lee Min-Chin to investigate a drug ring. The mob hires an assassin to kill him. Bruce Li
Bruce Li (; born Ho Chung-Tao; 5 June 1950) is a Chinese martial artist and actor who starred in martial arts films from the Bruceploitation movement. Career Ho Chung-Tao went to play a stuntman in Taiwan and Hong Kong under the name of James Ho. After the death of Bruce Lee, Ho's acting career began. Hong Kong studios believed that Ho had the ability to pick up where Lee left off and cast him in similar types of martial arts films. They first cast him in ''Conspiracy''. Afterwards, the producers of ''Game of Death'' asked Ho to finish their movie in Lee's role, but he declined. Afterward, he was employed by producer/actor Jimmy Shaw, who gave him the name of Bruce ''Li''. Wei Ping-ao (29 November 19293 December 1989), also known as Paul Wei, was a Hong Kong–based Chinese actor who started his career in the Shaw Brothers Studio. He is best known for playing cunning interpreters in Bruce Lee's 1972 films ''Fist of Fury'' and ''Way of the Dragon'', in which he dubbed his own voice, and also appeared in films such as ''Deaf Mute Heroine'' (1971), ''Hapkido'' (1972) and ''Fists of Bruce Lee'' (1978). Bruce Lai, real name Chang Il-do (1950-2014), was a Korean martial artist and actor active in Hong Kong who starred in many Godfrey Ho films.
