Fernando Del Rincón
Luis Fernando López del Rincón (Morelos, Mexico, 18 August 1969) is a Mexican television presenter who is well known throughout Latin America and by the Latino community in the U.S. He has worked at both Telemundo and Univision, and since 2010 has been employed by CNN en Español, based in Atlanta, Georgia. He hosts that network's prime-time newscast ''Panorama USA'' and also serves as main anchor and producer of ''Conclusiones''. Originally widely branded as a "pretty boy" who was offered acting jobs on telenovelas, del Rincón later did hard-hitting journalism about drug trafficking and other subjects that resulted in death threats. In 2014, del Rincón was accused by Nicolás Maduro, president of Venezuela, of broadcasting reports that encouraged civil unrest in that country. Morelos
Morelos (), officially the Free and Sovereign State of Morelos ( es, Estado Libre y Soberano de Morelos), is one of the 32 states which comprise the Federal Entities of Mexico. It is divided into 36 municipalities and its capital city is Cuernavaca. Morelos is a landlocked state located in South Central Mexico. It is bordered by Mexico City to the north, and by the states of México to the northeast and northwest, Puebla to the east and Guerrero to the southwest. Morelos is the second-smallest state in the nation, just after Tlaxcala. It was part of a very large province, the State of Mexico, until 1869 when Benito Juárez decreed that its territory would be separated and named in honor of José María Morelos y Pavón, who defended the city of Cuautla from royalist forces during the Mexican War of Independence. Nicolás Maduro Moros (; born 23 November 1962) is a Venezuelan politician and president of Venezuela since 2013 Venezuelan presidential election, 2013, with his Venezuelan presidential crisis, presidency under dispute since 2019. Televisa
Grupo Televisa is a Mexican multimedia mass media company. A major Latin American mass media corporation, it often presents itself as the largest producer of Spanish-language content. In April 2021, Televisa and Univision Communications announced that they had proposed a merger between Televisa's media and entertainment assets with Univision, which would form a new company to be known as TelevisaUnivision. Duro Y Directo
''Duro Y Directo'' was a Mexican tabloid news magazine that aired on Televisa from 1997 to 1999. The program was presented by Fernando del Rincón. Overview As a replacement to its predecessor, ''Fuera de la Ley'', ''Duro y Directo'' was launched in November 1997, on Gala TV (Mexico), XEQ-TV. Its format was a true crime news magazine, focusing on the criminal crisis in Mexico. In such rare instances, viewers were given the opportunity to call the program for emergency help, before calling emergency services. Reporters would also go to the scene of emergency and provide assistance. During its run, ''Duro y Directo'' garnered at 12-point rating average, making it the most watched news magazine in Mexico at the time.
