Svetlana Ilieva Bliznakova, born on November 11, 1983, is a bulgarians, Bulgarian singer, musician and songwriter. She started her solo music career in 2005 and since 2010 she is the front woman of the Bulgarian rock band Sevi (band), Sevi. Early life and arts Svetlana "Sevi" Bliznakova was born on November 11, 1983 in Sofia, Bulgaria. Raised by a family of history teachers, she was unexpectedly drawn into art at an early age. Sevi began singing when she was two years old and eight years later, she went to the "Philip Koutev Folklore Ensemble" and studied national Bulgarian folk music, folk singing for two years. After that, she studied singing opera, and in 2002 she entered Sofia University in an opera class in order to develop her music skills. Kittie
Kittie is a Canadian heavy metal music, heavy metal band from London, Ontario. The band was formed in 1996 by guitarist Fallon Bowman and drummer Mercedes Lander, with guitarist and vocalist Morgan Lander and bassist Tanya Candler joining the following year. Morgan and Mercedes have remained the band's sole constant members. Collectively, their material released via independent record labels has sold over two million copies worldwide. Kittie was chosen as the band name because the name "seemed contradictory". After signing to Ng Records, Kittie released their debut album ''Spit (album), Spit'' (1999), which saw a wider release under Artemis Records the following year. Fallon Bowman
Fallon Bowman (born 16 November 1983) is a South African-Canadian guitarist and singer, best known for her time as the guitarist in the metal band Kittie. Since departing Kittie in 2001, Bowman has worked with Pigface and as a solo artist under the name Amphibious Assault, as well as under her own name. Musical career At age 14, Bowman co-founded Kittie with classmate Mercedes Lander and Mercedes' sister, Morgan Lander. She played guitar and performed background vocals for the band as heard on their '' Spit'' album and the '' Paperdoll'' EP. She left Kittie in August 2001. In 2003, Bowman came across the term amphibious assault in a Tom Clancy novel and thought it would be a great name for an industrial band. Stream of Passion is a Dutch progressive metal band with symphonic and gothic influences founded by guitarist and composer Arjen Anthony Lucassen and Mexican singer, violinist, and lyricist Marcela Bovio. They have released four studio albums. In 2007, Lucassen left the band to continue on his own as he had originally planned, together with his girlfriend and guitarist Lori Linstruth, and keyboardist Alejandro Millán; Bovio, her boyfriend (later husband) and bassist Johan van Stratum and producer Joost van den Broek handling the composition duties afterwards. Marcela Alejandra Bovio García (born October 17, 1979) is a Mexican singer and violinist who is currently a member of the Dutch symphonic metal bands Stream of Passion and MaYaN. In 1995, she joined Hydra, a Mexican metal band, singing and playing violin. In 1999 they released an EP called "''Bosquejo''". After leaving them, Bovio co-founded the Mexican experimental rock band Elfonía in 2001, which was active until 2006. The group disbanded in 1998 but reformed with the original line-up in 2005 for the 20th anniversary of their first release.
