Feed Me (music Producer)
Jonathan Barry Gooch (born 22 August 1984 in Hertfordshire, England), more commonly known by his stage names Feed Me, Spor and seventh stitch, is a British drum and bass, dubstep and electro house producer and DJ. He is currently managed by Three Six Zero Group. Biography Jonathan Gooch first went by the name Spor when he started music production. After a successful partnership with Renegade Hardware and Barcode Recordings, and releases with Teebee's Subtitles Recordings, in 2006, Spor and long-term friend Chris Renegade launched Lifted Music and signed music from producers such as Apex, Evol Intent, Ewun and Phace. On 24 February 2010, Spor released his second double EP, ''Conquerors and Commoners'', on the Lifted Music label. In an interview with K Magazine, he said the title was inspired from a quote by Harlan Ellison. Hertfordshire ( or ; often abbreviated Herts) is a ceremonial county in the East of England and one of the home counties. Andrew Michael Clarke (born 7 April 1976) is an English DJ, record producer and co-founder of RAM Records, a label in the drum and bass genre. Music career Early years Andy C was a DJ in his own right but gained a strong reputation and more bookings off the back of the successful " Valley of the Shadows" track, an early drum and bass track that walked the line perfectly between hardcore and drum and bass just as the genres were starting to split. The track, created and released by Origin Unknown (made up of Andy C and Ant Miles)—often referred to as "31 Seconds" or "Long Dark Tunnel" because of the samples it incorporates—made use of a heavy bassline, bell samples and a rolling drum track to produce a popular, easy to recognise track that was easy to mix and became a favourite in dance floors at raves across the UK and beyond. The Heatseekers charts were "Breaking and Entering" music charts issued weekly by ''Billboard'' magazine. The Heatseekers Albums and the Heatseekers Songs charts were introduced by ''Billboard'' in 1991 with the purpose of highlighting the sales by new and developing musical recording artists. The Independent Albums chart (previously titled Top Independent Albums) ranks the highest-selling independent music albums and extended plays (EPs) in the United States, as compiled by Nielsen SoundScan and published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine. It is used to list artists who are not signed to major labels. Rankings are compiled by point-of-purchase sales obtained by Nielsen, and from legal music downloads from a variety of online music stores. The chart began in the week of February 5, 2000. ''Calamari Tuesday'' is the debut studio album by Feed Me, one of the projects of British record producer Jon Gooch. The album was released on 14 October 2013 as the first release on Gooch's own label Sotto Voce. It entered the UK Dance Albums Chart at number 14 and the UK Albums Chart at number 144. Background and release ''Calamari Tuesday'' follows the release of Feed Me's 2010 eleven-track EP ''Feed Me's Big Adventure''. Despite being long enough to classify as an album, Gooch said "Big Adventure was an EP not LP. I see the difference as being a magazine vs. a novel." Since the EP, Gooch has also released two shorter extended plays: ''To the Stars'' (2011) and ''Escape from Electric Mountain'' (2012). Hadouken! were a British dance-punk band formed in London in 2006 by singer, songwriter and producer James Smith and synth player Alice Spooner along with guitarist Daniel "Pilau" Rice, bassist Christopher Purcell and drummer Nick Rice.
