''Family Court with Judge Penny'' is an American arbitration-based reality court show, presided over by former judge and lawyer Penny Brown Reynolds. The half-hour program, which aired in Syndication, premiered on September 8, 2008. It was produced by 44 Blue Productions and distributed by Program Partners in the United States and Canada. The 2008 Chino Hills earthquake occurred at 11:42:15 am PDT (18:42:15 UTC) on July 29 in Southern California. The epicenter of the magnitude 5.4 earthquake was in Chino Hills, c. east-southeast of downtown Los Angeles.
