Football Club Groningen () is a Dutch professional association football club based in Groningen, Groningen (province), Groningen province. Founded in 1971 as the successor of GVAV-Rapiditas, GVAV, Groningen compete in the Eredivisie, the first tier of Football in the Netherlands, Dutch football. Euroborg
Euroborg () is the stadium in Groningen, Netherlands. It is the home ground of association football, football club FC Groningen, with a capacity of 22,525. The stadium site houses a casino, movie theater, school, supermarket, and a fitness centre. A temporary Groningen Europapark railway station, railway station at the stadium opened in late 2007, and a permanent one opened in 2013. The stadium's seats are completely clad in the club's colors of green and white, with 1,000 seats available for supporters of the away team. 2014–15 KNVB Cup
The 2014–15 KNVB Cup tournament was the 97th edition of the Dutch national football annual knockout tournament for the KNVB Cup. They contested beginning on 27 August 2014 with the matches of Round 1 and ending with the final on 3 May 2015. Erwin Koeman
Erwin Koeman (born 20 September 1961) is a Dutch former professional football player who currently serves as an assistant coach for the Netherlands national team. As a midfielder, he played in three spells at Groningen and two at PSV Eindhoven, as well as winning national and European trophies at Mechelen in Belgium.
