''FBI'' is an American police procedural television series created by Dick Wolf and Craig Turk that premiered on CBS on September 25, 2018. The series is produced by Wolf Entertainment, CBS Studios and Universal Television, with Dick Wolf, Arthur W. Forney, Peter Jankowski and Turk serving as executive producers, and it follows the agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in New York City. It is the first series in the ''FBI'' franchise. ''FBI'' received a straight-to-series commission for 13 episodes on September 20, 2017. The series features an ensemble cast including Missy Peregrym, Zeeko Zaki, Jeremy Sisto, Ebonée Noel, Sela Ward, Alana de la Garza, John Boyd and Katherine Renee Turner.
