Evolution (Paul Van Dyk Album)
''Evolution'' is the sixth studio album by Paul van Dyk released in April 2012. The album features a wide range of collaborations including Arty, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Adam Young, Austin Leeds, Plumb, Johnny McDaid's Fieldwork project, and Sue McLaren. The album was preceded by a series of singles, each of them accompanied by a music video containing state-of-the-art visual effects. All the other tracks on the album are accompanied by a music video as well. "Verano" featuring producer Austin Leeds is the album's first single, released on the 20 February 2012, followed by the second single "Eternity" on 16 March 2012 which features vocals from Adam Young. "I Don't Deserve You" featuring vocals from Plumb was released several months after the release of the album. Paul Van Dyk
Matthias Paul (; born 16 December 1971), known professionally as Paul van Dyk () is a German DJ, record producer and musician. Van Dyk was the first artist to receive a Grammy Award nomination in the newly added category of Best Dance/Electronic album for his 2003 release '' Reflections''. He was the first DJ to be named number one by ''Mixmag'' in 2005. By 2008, he had sold over 3 million albums worldwide. A trance producer starting in the early 1990s, van Dyk quickly achieved popularity with his remix of "Love Stimulation" by Humate on the record label MFS in 1993 and with his hit single " For an Angel". Van Dyk is an avid trance lover to this day. He indicated in an interview that he ended up giving himself the Belgian-sounding stage name because he used to incorporate many Belgian dance records into his DJ sets in the early 1990s. Fisher was an American band consisting of songwriter Ron Wasserman and vocalist Kathy Fisher. The band was known for selling their songs through Internet marketing, and received a record deal from their success at MP3.com. Johnny McDaid (born 24 July 1976) is a Northern Irish singer-songwriter, musician and record producer. He is a member of Snow Patrol and a former member of Vega4. McDaid has written songs with artists including Ed Sheeran, P!nk and Robbie Williams.
