Derry, officially Londonderry, is the second-largest City status in the United Kingdom, city in Northern Ireland, and the fifth-largest on the island of Ireland. Located in County Londonderry, the city now covers both banks of the River Foyle. Gardermoen is an area at the border of the municipalities Nannestad and Ullensaker in Akershus, Norway. In 1998, it had a population of 259 people. Oslo Airport, Gardermoen, Gardermoen Air Station, Norwegian Armed Forces Aircraft Collection and Oslo Airport Station (train station) are located in the area. ''Gardermoen'' is a compound of the farm name ''Garder'' and the finite form of ''mo'' m 'moor; drill ground' (thus 'the moor belonging to the farm Garder'). A6 Road (Northern Ireland)
The A6 road in Northern Ireland runs for 71.4 miles (114.9 km) from Belfast to Derry, via County Antrim and County Londonderry. While stretches of the road before Randalstown have now been superseded by a motorway (the M2 motorway (Northern Ireland), M2 and M22 motorway (Northern Ireland), M22), the A6 remains one of the most important arterial routes in Northern Ireland, connecting its two largest cities and urban areas. Between Randalstown and Derry, the road forms part of European route E16. The A6 begins at Carlisle Circus, a roundabout with Clifton Street and the Crumlin Road, running up the Antrim Road past Belfast Royal Academy towards Belfast Castle, Cavehill and Belfast Zoo and onwards through Glengormley. Antrim ( , meaning 'lone ridge') is a town and civil parish in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. It lies on the banks of the Six Mile Water on the north-east shore of Lough Neagh.
