''Ethmia adrianforsythi'' is a moth in the family Depressariidae. It is found in Costa Rica Costa Rica, officially the Republic of Costa Rica, is a country in Central America. The habitat consists of rain forests. The length of the forewings is for males and for females. The ground color of the forewings is white with several dark spots in the costal half and two dark spots of similar size in the posterior half. There is a light brown band from the base of the costa.
