Halit Refiğ
Halit Refiğ (5 March 1934 – 11 October 2009) was a Turkish film director, film producer, screenwriter and writer. He made around sixty films, including feature films, documentaries and TV serials. He is considered to be the pioneer of the National Cinema movement and the initiator of the production of TV serials in Turkey. Biography Halit Refiğ graduated from Şişli Terakki High School in 1951 and studied engineering at Robert College in Istanbul. Refiğ directed his first films in 8mm while he served as a military reserve officer in Korea, Japan and Ceylon. He wrote articles on cinema at newspapers in 1956 and published the ''Sinema Dergisi'' magazine together with Nijat Özön. He began his career as Atıf Yılmaz's assistant in 1957 together with Yılmaz Güney. He worked as scriptwriter for Atıf Yılmaz and Memduh Ün. Fikret Hakan
Fikret Hakan (born Bumin Gaffar Çitanak; 23 April 1934 – 11 July 2017) was a prolific Turkish film actor and a recipient of the honorary State Artist, a title awarded by the Turkish government. Hakan was born as Bumin Gaffar Çitanak in 1934 to Gaffar and Fatma Belkıs. His mother was a head nurse while his father was a literature teacher. He moved along with his parents as a teenager from Balikesir to Istanbul, and enrolled in Galatasaray High School. Hakan began his artistic career in 1950 as an actor for the Ses Theatre and a contributor to literary magazines. Making his debut in ''Evli mi bekar mi'', a short comedy directed by Muhsin Ertugrul in 1951, and his feature film debut in 1953 in '' Köprüalti Çocuklari'' (Kids Under the Bridge), he has made over 170 appearances in film to date, although his career was at its most productive throughout the 1950s and 1960s through to 1976. Selda Alkor (born January 3, 1943) is a Turkish actress, beauty pageant titleholder, painter, and singer of Circassian and Georgian descent. She received a Golden Orange in 2002. Her acting skills and European features made her one of the most in-demand Turkish actresses in the early 1970s. With marked Circassian characteristics, Alkor was famous for her tall height, natural blonde hair, fair skin, and light green eyes. Due to her portrayal of Sümbül Karadağ on the primetime ATV series ''Asmalı Konak'', she was nicknamed "Hanım Ağa", old Turkish for matriarch.
