The Championnat du Cameroun de football (also known as MTN Elite One since 2007 for sponsorship reasons) is the highest division of professional association football league system in Cameroon, governed by the Cameroonian Football Federation since its establishment in 1961. Cameroon, officially the Republic of Cameroon, is a country in Central Africa.
