Elektra (comics)
Elektra Natchios (, ) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She was initially created as a supporting character for the superhero Daredevil (Marvel Comics character), Matt Murdock / Daredevil, to whom Elektra has functioned as a villainous adversary, Romantic interest, love interest, and later, a heroic ally. Created by Frank Miller, the character first appeared in ''Daredevil (Marvel Comics series), Daredevil'' #168 (Jan. 1981). Her violent nature and mercenary lifestyle has served as a divisive point of conflict between her and Daredevil, which, in 2020, culminated in her becoming the second Daredevil. Working primarily as a digital painting, digital painter, he is well known for his pinup paintings of female characters. An American comic book is a thin periodical literature originating in the United States, commonly between 24 and 64 pages, containing comics. While the form originated in 1933, American comic books first gained popularity after the 1938 publication of ''Action Comics'', which included the debut of the superhero Superman. This was followed by a superhero boom that lasted until the end of World War II. Daredevil (film)
''Daredevil'' is a 2003 American superhero film written and directed by Mark Steven Johnson, based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name created by Stan Lee and Bill Everett. A supporting character is a character in a narrative that is not the focus of the primary storyline, but is important to the plot/protagonist, and appears or is mentioned in the story enough to be more than just a minor character or a cameo appearance. Supporting characters differ from minor characters because they have complex backstory of their own, desires, and emotions. While this is usually in relation to the main character, rather than entirely independently, developed supporting characters add layers and dimension to the story and the protagonist. The ''sai'' (Japanese language, Japanese: wiktionary:釵#Japanese, 釵, ; Chinese language, Chinese: wikt:鐵尺, 鐵尺, ) is a pointed melee weapon from Okinawa Island, Okinawa. It was historically utilized in martial arts such as Okinawan kobudō and southern Chinese martial arts, and has been absorbed into the curriculum of many modern martial arts. Although similar weapons can be found in other parts of Asia, the sai is the Okinawan take on the basic concept and should not be confused with the other weapons.
