''El Descamisado'' (''The Shirtless'') was the first anarchist newspaper in Argentina, founded in 1879 and closed in 1887, in Buenos Aires Buenos Aires ( or ; ), officially the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires ( es, link=no, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires), is the Capital city, capital and primate city of Argentina.
