It premiered on March 10, 2025. and is currently anchored by Rahel Solomon and airs from 5:00 to 6:00 a.m. ET. The program is also seen globally on CNN International. It was initially announced as part of a revision to CNN's lineup, which also saw '' CNN This Morning'' cut to an hour, and anchor Kasie Hunt (who was moved to an afternoon show) succeeded by Audie Cornish. Rahel Solomon
Rahel Solomon is a Sudanese-American television journalist. She currently hosts the 2025 program ''Early Start with Rahel Solomon, Early Start'' on CNN. She also serves on CNN as a business reporter. Early life Solomon was born in Sudan to parents of Ethiopian origin. She moved to the United States at the age of three where her parents first settled in West Philadelphia. Solomon was raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, Delaware County and is a graduate of Archbishop Prendergast High School in the Drexel Hill neighborhood of Upper Darby Township, Pennsylvania.
