Don't Stay (album)
''Don't Stay'' is the fourth album from Japanese pop singer Nami Tamaki, released on April 23, 2008, about one and a half years after ''Graduation: Singles'', and celebrating five years since her first single "Believe". Two versions were available, the normal edition (SRCL 6778) and the limited edition with DVD (SRCL 6776-6777), three slip case box package and a 55-page booklet. An album tour titled Nami Tamaki 6th Concert "Don't Stay: Go!!" was scheduled for late summer starting in August. The album reached 14th place in the weekly album chart on Oricon Style. Track listing The CD has 14 tracks, and the limited edition DVD contains six video clips, four of which are the promotional videos and one is a documentary on Nami's 19-day trip in United States, America promoting her first album, ''Greeting (album), Greeting'', and the shooting of the video for her fifth single ("Daitan ni Ikimashō"). Nami Tamaki
is a Japanese singer. As a teenager under the Sony Music Japan label, she had four top-ten albums, two of which reached number one. Her singles were used as theme songs for animated shows such as '' Mobile Suit Gundam Seed'', '' Gundam Seed Destiny'', and '' D. Gray-man'', as well as being representative of the J-Pop music trend. She has various commercial tie-ins with the anime and games industry, and has also performed in stage musicals and a movie. Career Beginnings In 1999, Tamaki attended dance school and learned how to perform on stage. She auditioned for Sony Music Japan in 2001 when she was thirteen years old where she performed cover songs of the Destiny's Child hit "Survivor" and "Full Moon Prayer" by Core of Soul. Daisuke Asakura
is a Japanese musician, songwriter and producer who is known for his compositional work and skill at keyboards. Early life and career Asakura's childhood consisted of piano and electronic organ lessons, though he was expected to follow the family trade of plumbing. He started working with Yamaha keyboards and synthesizers in his early teens. Asakura began his career with a job at Yamaha right after finishing high school. While at Yamaha, Asakura worked on the EOS synthesiser, and was also featured in the instructional video for the SY77. His talent was discovered by Tetsuya Komuro of TM Network and Asakura was pulled from Yamaha to work under Komuro as his protégé. Akio Togashi
, better known by his stage name is a Japanese musician, rapper, singer and record producer with Avex Trax. He graduated from Hokkaido Sapporo Tsukisamu High School and the Hokkaido University of Education. His debut single as m.c.A·T, " Bomb A Head!," released in 1993 on Avex Trax, has since been re-released as "Bomb A Head! Returns!" in 2003 featuring DA PUMP and as "Bomb A Head! V" in 2004 as the opening theme of ''Tenjho Tenge''. He has also produced several of DA PUMP's releases, and like DA PUMP's ISSA, is a fan of the Kamen Rider Series. Da Pump
is a Japanese boy band made up of lead vocalist, Issa Hentona and MCs Ken Okumoto, Yukinari Tamaki and Shinobu Miyara. The band formed as students at Okinawa Actors School in 1996. They made their debut on the Avex Trax subsidiary avex tune under the guidance of producer Akio Togashi on June 11, 1997, with "Feelin' Good - It's Paradise". As one of the few male bands unassociated with Johnny's Entertainment, they were the first to gain major popularity reaching their peak in 2001 with the release of ''Da Best of Da Pump''. On April 7, 2006, Shinobu formally left the band following a hiatus due to a drunk driving incident in 2005. The band went on an unofficial hiatus at the end of 2006. Marty Friedman (guitarist)
(born December 8, 1962) is an American guitarist, best known for his tenure as the lead guitarist of thrash metal band Megadeth from 1990 to 2000. He is also known for playing alongside Jason Becker in Cacophony (band), Cacophony from 1986 until 1989, as well as his 13 solo albums and tours.
