Dominique Hannah Jackson (born 3 December 1991) is a British actress, known for portraying the role of Lauren Valentine in the Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks''. Early life She attended the Radclyffe School in Chadderton and left with 9 GCSEs (8 A* - C). Career Her first major role was as Saffron in the BAFTA winning and heart-warming TV drama ''Buried Treasure'' with British actor John Thaw. Jackson also starred alongside Paul O'Grady as "Molly" in the 1998 West End theatre, West End production of ''Annie (musical), Annie'' at the Victoria Palace. Oldham is a town in Greater Manchester, England. The Belgrade Theatre is a live performance venue in Coventry, England. It was the first civic theatre to be built in Britain after the Second World War and is now a Grade II listed building. Background Coventry was the fastest growing city in Britain between the First and Second World Wars. Its cramped medieval streets were becoming dangerously congested and overcrowded, and in 1938 the City Council appointed Donald Gibson to become the first city architect. The newly created City Architect's Department had ambitious plans, and the devastation of the Coventry Blitz allowed it more freedom to design an entirely new city centre. In 1955, Gibson resigned; extensive work had already taken place in the city centre, but a growing Coventry required further development. Dorothy Koomson (born 1971 in London) is a contemporary British novelist of Ghanaian descent. She has been described as "Britain's biggest selling black author of adult fiction". Biography Koomson has two degrees in Psychology and Journalism from Leeds University ( Trinity and All Saints College). She has written for a number of women's magazines and newspapers, and has over a dozen successful novels published in the UK and US.
