Doctor Who Series 4
The fourth series of British television, British science fiction on television, science fiction television programme ''Doctor Who'' was preceded by the 2007 Christmas special "Voyage of the Damned (Doctor Who), Voyage of the Damned". Following the special, a regular series of thirteen episodes aired, starting with "Partners in Crime (Doctor Who), Partners in Crime" on 5 April 2008 and ending with "Journey's End (Doctor Who), Journey's End" three months later on 5 July 2008. The series incorporates a loose story arc consisting of recurring mentions of the disappearance of various planets and moons. "Partners in Crime" marked the debut of Donna Noble, as played by Catherine Tate, as a full-time Companion (Doctor Who), companion to the Tenth Doctor, after she first appeared in the 2006 Christmas special, "The Runaway Bride (Doctor Who), The Runaway Bride". Donna Noble
Donna Noble is a fictional character in the long-running British science fiction television series ''Doctor Who''. Portrayed by British actress and comedian Catherine Tate, she is a companion of the Tenth and Fourteenth Doctors (both portrayed by David Tennant). Fourteenth Doctor
The Fourteenth Doctor is an incarnation of the Doctor and the protagonist of the British science fiction television series ''Doctor Who'' for the 2023 specials. He is portrayed by Scottish actor David Tennant, who previously portrayed the Tenth Doctor from 2005 to 2010 and again in 2013. Prom 13: ''Doctor Who'' Prom was a concert showcasing incidental music from the British science fiction television, science fiction television series ''Doctor Who'', along with classical music, performed on 27 July 2008 in the Royal Albert Hall in London as part of the BBC's annual The Proms, Proms series of concerts. The ''Doctor Who'' Prom was the thirteenth concert in the 2008 Proms season, and was intended to introduce young children to the Proms. "Music of the Spheres" is an interactive mini-episode of the British science fiction television series ''Doctor Who'' that premiered at the Royal Albert Hall in London before the Intermission of the ''Doctor Who'' Prom on 27 July 2008, for which it was especially made. The ''Doctor Who'' Prom, including the audio for "Music of the Spheres", was broadcast simultaneously on BBC Radio 3. "Music of the Spheres" was shown on the official BBC ''Doctor Who'' website during the interval and the concert itself was filmed for later broadcast on BBC One on 1 January 2009. It was broadcast on 16 November 2007, as part of the BBC One telethon for the children's charity Children in Need.
