Doctor Mid-Nite (or Doctor Midnight) is the name of multiple superheroes published in American comic books by DC Comics. The original version of the character was first created by writer Charles Reizenstein and artist Stanley Josephs Aschmeier in 1941, debuting in '' All-American Comics'' #25 (April 1941). Doctor Mid-Nite (Beth Chapel)
Dr. Elizabeth "Beth" Chapel is a fictional superheroine in American comic books published by DC Comics. She is the second character to adopt the Doctor Mid-Nite (or Doctor Midnight) codename and is the successor of the original, Charles McNider. The character is later succeeded by Pieter Cross after her death at the hands of Eclipso. However, following the events of Doomday Clock, the character is resurrected. Doctor Mid-Nite (Pieter Cross) (also Doctor Midnight) is a fictional superhero in DC Comics, the third character named Doctor Mid-Nite, first appearing in ''Doctor Mid-Nite'' #1.
