"Dirty Epic" is a 1994 single by British electronic band Underworld. It is a remix of the track "Dirty" released by Underworld in 1992, under the name Lemon Interupt. It appeared on the album ''dubnobasswithmyheadman'', and it was later released as a single in Europe in October 1994 and released in the US as a double A-side with "Cowgirl". The song failed to chart, but was critically acclaimed for its stream of consciousness lyrics and similarities to a pop song in structure and instruments, but major differences to pop despite that. When The Levee Breaks
"When the Levee Breaks" is a country blues song written and first recorded by Memphis Minnie and Kansas Joe McCoy in 1929. The lyrics reflect experiences during the upheaval caused by the Great Mississippi Flood of 1927. "When the Levee Breaks" was re-worked by English rock group Led Zeppelin and became the final song on their untitled fourth album. Singer Robert Plant used many of the original lyrics. Geinoh Yamashirogumi
is a Japanese musical collective founded on January 19, 1974 by Tsutomu Ōhashi, consisting of hundreds of people with different occupations. They are known for both their re-creations of globally-known folk music, along with music combining traditional and modern elements. Some fusions include an electronic recreation of traditional Indonesian gamelan music, due to MIDI Digital synthesizer, digital synthesizers not being able to handle such tuning systems. Leftfield are a British electronic music group formed in London in 1989, a duo of Neil Barnes and Paul Daley (the latter formerly of The Rivals and A Man Called Adam). "Song of Life" is the fourth single released by English electronic group Leftfield and the first on a CD single release. The song was released on 12" and CD on 30 November 1992 by label Hard Hands. The sleeve of the single had the footnote "dedicated to the memory of Steve Walters whose support, friendship and encouragement will never be forgotten". It reached #59 in the UK charts. The song was also used as the backing track for Channel 4's '' Dispatches'' programme.
