"Different" is a song recorded by South Korean girl group Le Sserafim. It was released as the group's fourth Japanese single and first original Japanese single by Source Music and Universal Japan on June 9, 2025. Background and release On April 24, 2025, Universal Music announced Le Sserafim's fourth Japanese single "Different", with pre-orders opening that same day. Various concept photos to promote the single was released from May 8 to 16, featuring two themes, Offbeat Clove and Nostalgic Ylang. The Offbeat Clove series of concept photos features the members in rock-style outfits while being in a nighttime outdoor setting and illuminated by street lights, while the Nostalgic Ylang series displays the members in a warmer environment with retro-style outfits. On May 26, sampler videos of the single's two original tracks were unveiled. "Different" was released digitally as a standalone track on June 9. Le Sserafim ( ; ; stylized in all caps) is a South Korean girl group formed by Source Music, a sub-label of Hybe Corporation, Hybe. The group consists of five members: Sakura Miyawaki, Sakura, Kim Chaewon, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae. Originally a sextet ensemble, member Kim Garam departed from the group in July 2022. Le Sserafim debuted on May 2, 2022, with the extended play ''Fearless (Le Sserafim EP), Fearless''. Huh Yunjin
Huh Yunjin (; born October 8, 2001) is an American singer and songwriter based in South Korea. She is a member of the South Korean girl group Le Sserafim. Early life and education Huh Yunjin was born on October 8, 2001, in Seoul, South Korea. When she was eight months old, she and her parents relocated to the United States. She was raised in Albany, New York, where she went by the English name Jennifer Huh. While attending Niskayuna High School, she pursued her passion for music and performed as a mezzo-soprano, despite not having receiving formal operatic training. At age 16, she moved to South Korea to pursue a career as a Kpop idol, becoming a trainee at different companies. She transferred to the Applied Music Department of Hanlim Multi Art School on March 4, 2019. Chris Gehringer (born May 27, 1962) is an American mastering engineer at Sterling Sound in New Jersey. Gehringer is known for having mastered recordings by popular artists such as AJR, Dua Lipa, Drake, Ed Sheeran, Gwen Stefani, Harry Styles, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Selena Gomez, Twenty One Pilots, Lana Del Rey, Lil Nas X, Lizzo, and many others.
