DIALOG (formerly Cohos Evamy) is a North American architectural, engineering, interior design and planning firm. It operates as a single company, with studios in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto and San Francisco. History Cohos Evamy was founded as an architecture and engineering studio in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1960, and quickly evolved into an interdisciplinary model under the leadership of Martin Cohos, FRAIC, Michael Evamy, FAIC and Paul Poffenroth, P.Eng. The Cohos Evamy Partners opened the Edmonton office in the 1980s. In 2003, Cohos Evamy opened a Toronto, Ontario studio. Together, the three studios in Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto serve Canada from the West coast to the East coast. Western Canadian Place
Western Canadian Place is an office tower complex located in the downtown core of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It consists of two buildings, the taller North Tower and the shorter South Tower. It was designed by the architectural firm, Cohos Evamy (the same firm who designed Bankers Hall - East and Bankers Hall - West in Calgary) in late modernist style. The office complex was purchased in 2004 for $230,675,000 by bcIMC and is run for them by ''GWL Realty Advisors'', one of the firms involved in building the structure. Calgary Central Library
The Calgary Central Library, also known as the Calgary New Central Library (NCL), is a public library in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and the flagship branch of the Calgary Public Library system. The building is located in the Downtown East Village neighbourhood and opened on November 1, 2018, replacing an earlier central branch built in the 1960s in Downtown Calgary.
