Devil's Disciples Motorcycle Club (Canada)
The Devil's Disciples Motorcycle Club was a Canadian outlaw motorcycle club based in Greater Montreal. Originating in late 1965, the club achieved a short-lived prominence in Montreal and was, for a time, the most powerful motorcycle gang in the city before disbanding in January 1976 as a result of a biker war with the Popeyes, a rival outlaw biker club that would eventually become the first Hells Angels chapter in Canada. The Devil's Disciples gained additional infamy for their assassination attempt on famed French singer-songwriter Johnny Hallyday as well as an internal conflict amongst its members which led to several murders. There are several motorcycle clubs which bear the name "Devil's Disciples" but are unrelated to the Canadian group, most notably the similarly spelled American club and well as another club of the same name in the Republic of Ireland - which does not use an apostrophe in its spelling. Neo-Nazi
Neo-Nazism comprises the post–World War II militant, social, and political movements that seek to revive and reinstate Nazism, Nazi ideology. Piedmont () is a small municipality within the Les Pays-d'en-Haut Regional County Municipality, Quebec, Canada, in the Laurentian Mountains of the administrative region of Laurentides. Richard Blass
Richard Blass (24 October 1945 – 24 January 1975) was a Canadian gangster and a multiple murderer. Born in Montreal, he was nicknamed ''Le Chat'', French for ''The Cat'', because of his luck in evading death after surviving at least three assassination attempts and a police shootout, and escaping from custody twice. Criminal career Born in the Montreal neighbourhood of Rosemont, Blass would turn to amateur boxing as a way to channel his anger when he was a child. It was after a boxing fight that Blass committed one of his first known crimes, attacking fellow boxer Michel Gouin with a knife after losing a fight to him. Blass pleaded guilty to assault and spent one night in jail. Over time Blass became more obsessed with the Mafia activity going on in New York City. As obsessed as he was with the Mafia, however, he was also known for his hatred of Mafia families: resenting the fact that the Italian Mafia had a stranglehold on Montreal's underworld business during the late 1960s ...
