Denza N7
The Denza N7 () is a battery electric mid-size crossover SUV marketed by Denza, a brand owned by Chinese manufacturer BYD Auto. It was officially launched in the Chinese market in July 2023. History In August 2022, at the Chengdu Auto Show, Denza presented the Denza Inception Concept prototype heralding the second model creating a new model range after restructuring. This vehicle was used extensively for the production car, which debuted in March 2023 under the name Denza N7, which took the form of an SUV Coupe with a gently sloping roofline sloping towards the rear. Design The silhouette of the N7 has features multiple embossments and imitation air intakes, as well as retractable door handles and extensive front full LED lighting. Shenzhen Denza New Energy Co., Ltd., trading as Denza (), is an automobile manufacturing company and luxury plug-in electric vehicle brand owned by BYD Auto. Two other BYD subsidiary brands, Yangwang and Fangchengbao, are also rebadged and sold internationally under the Denza name. Denza was founded in May 2010 as a joint venture between BYD and Daimler AG (currently Mercedes-Benz Group). Part of the Seal family under the Ocean Series product line-up, the Seal 06 GT is positioned below the Seal battery electric sedan. Wolfgang Josef Egger (born 13 February 1963) is a German automobile design, car designer who formerly served as a head designer for the European luxury car brands Alfa Romeo, Audi and Lamborghini, and currently as the head designer for Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer BYD Auto.
