Deal Or No Deal (British Game Show)
''Deal or No Deal'' is a British game show. It was originally presented by Noel Edmonds from 31 October 2005 to 23 December 2016 on Channel 4, and then by Stephen Mulhern from 20 November 2023 on ITV1. Based on the Deal or No Deal, original Netherlands format of the game show, each episode sees a contestant choosing one of 22 boxes, each containing a cash amount. A contestant winning is determined by luck – cash amounts are randomly allocated to each of the boxes prior to the game, with contestants required to open a specific number of boxes per round of the game to eliminate the cash amounts their chosen box does not contain, in turn affecting how much is offered by the Banker. Games always end with the player opening all of the boxes, including their own, regardless of how they intend to make money. Noel Edmonds
Noel Ernest Edmonds (born 22 December 1948) is an English businessman, and former television presenter, radio DJ, writer and producer. Edmonds first became known as a disc jockey on Radio Luxembourg before moving to BBC Radio 1 in the UK, presenting its breakfast show for almost five years. He presented various radio shows and light-entertainment television programmes, originally working for the BBC and later Sky UK and Channel 4. After presenting children's Saturday-morning programme ''Multi-Coloured Swap Shop'' (1976–1982) and various other BBC TV shows like ''Top of the Pops'' and '' Top Gear'' during the 1970s, he became best known for presenting '' Noel's House Party'' on BBC One from 1991 to 1999. Shahid Khan (; born 1 January 1981), known professionally as Naughty Boy, is an English DJ, record producer, music programmer and songwriter. In 2012, Khan signed a three-year publishing deal with Sony ATV, as well as a recording contract with Virgin EMI Records to release his debut studio album, '' Hotel Cabana'' (2013). Aaron Stuart Bell (born 25 February 1980) is a British Conservative Party politician who served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Newcastle-under-Lyme from 2019 to 2024. Early life Bell was born in Dulwich, south east London, to parents Stuart and Janet Bell. ''The X Factor'' is a British reality television music competition, and part of the global '' X Factor'' franchise created by Simon Cowell.
