David Robert Miller (born August 25, 1966) is the former bullpen coach for the Cleveland Indians of Major League Baseball. Miller was born in Woodbury, New Jersey and grew up in Gloucester Township, New Jersey, where he attended Highland Regional High School. David "Dave" "Dusty" Miller (21 January 1921−1989) was an English people, English association football, footballer who played as a wing half in the The Football League, Football League mainly for Doncaster Rovers F.C., Doncaster Rovers. Born in Middlesbrough, Miller played for local youth team South Bank Casuals, scoring 42 goals as centre forward in the 1934–35 in English football, 1934−35 season. He signed for Middlesbrough F.C., Middlesbrough a couple of seasons later but failed to make a first team league appearance. His career was interrupted by the Second World War. Miller was drafted into the RAF in 1940 as a PTI (Physical Training Instructor) and spent two years training servicemen in Canada. Dave Miller (born 1941/1942, Christchurch, New Zealand) is a New Zealand former rock music singer-songwriter and journalist. He was the founding mainstay of Dave Miller Set (1967-1970, 1973), which were based in Australia. Long-term fellow members included Leith Corbett on bass guitar, Mike McCormack on drums and John Robinson on lead guitar. Their cover version of " Mr Guy Fawkes" (July 1969) peaked in the top 30 on the ''Go-Set'' national singles chart. The group disbanded early in 1970 and Corbett, McCormack and Robinson founded the fellow rock group, Blackfeather. Miller and Corbett combined for a studio album, ''Reflections of a Pioneer'' (September 1970) by Dave Miller/Leith Corbett and Friends (McCormack on drums for some tracks). Senses Fail is an American rock band formed in Ridgewood, New Jersey, in 2001. Founded by vocalist Buddy Nielsen, drummer Dan Trapp, guitarists Garrett Zablocki and Dave Miller, and bassist James Gill (replaced by Mike Glita shortly after); the band has seen many lineup changes, with Nielsen being the only consistent member.
