Dattatreya
Dattatreya (, ), Dattā or Dattaguru, is a paradigmatic Sannyasi (monk) and one of the lords of yoga, venerated as an avatar of Lord Vishnu. Three Hindu gods Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, who are also collectively known as the Trimurti, incarnated in form of Dattatreya, Chandra and Durvasa as son of Sage Atri and Devi Anusuya as per the texts such as the Bhagavata Purana, the Markandeya Purana, and the Brahmanda Purana. In iconography, he is often represented as a monk with three heads. However sources of the Trimurti's taking avatar in a single body and such iconography is unknown. Several Upanishads are dedicated to him, as are texts of the Vedanta-Yoga tradition in Hinduism. Datta (or Data) is a village in Hansi Tehsil, Hisar district, in Haryana, India. It is situated 36 km from Hisar city and 20 km from Hansi city on the road which also leads to Barwala. At Data there is another road that leads to Narnaund. It is 15 km from Narnaund Tehsil and only 16 km from Barwala town (where the Rajiv Gandhi Thermal Power Station is located). Datta High School () is a higher secondary school in the city of Netrakona, Bangladesh. It was established in 1889. History Datta High School was established as the first secondary school in Netrakona, one of the subdivisions of Mymensingh on 6 February 1889. The District Magistrate and Collector of Mymensingh established the foundation stone of the school, novelist Romesh Chunder Dutt. According to his title, the organization was named 'Datta High School'. In 1895, Anand Chandra Majumder, a student of this school, was enrolled in the entrance examination under the University of Calcutta in the year 1895 and in five years, Rajendra Kumar Dutt occupied the ninth place in 1900. In the 1930s, Datta High School made a significant contribution in promoting women's education in Netrokona. ''Datta'' is a 1951 Bengali romantic drama film directed by Soumyen Mukhopadhyay and released under the banner of S. B. Production. The film is based on the novel with the same name written by Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay. The film was remade twice: in 1976 and later in 2023. Plot Bijoya's father Banamali had informally engaged her to Naren, the son of his friend Jagdish. But Bijoya is attracted to Bilaas, son of another friend of Banamali.
