Darryl Hall (defensive Back)
Darryl Edgar Hall (born August 1, 1966) is an American former professional gridiron football, football defensive back who played in eight seasons in the Canadian Football League (CFL) and three seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He is a two-time Grey Cup champion after winning with the Calgary Stampeders in 80th Grey Cup, 1992 and 86th Grey Cup, 1998. He also played with the Denver Broncos and San Francisco 49ers. Hall was announced as a member of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame 2025 class on June 12, 2025. Oscoda, Michigan
Oscoda ( ) is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Iosco County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The CDP had a population of 916 at the 2020 census. The community is located within Au Sable Township and Oscoda Township at the mouth of the Au Sable River along Lake Huron. History The area was first settled as early as 1867 when the firm of Smith, Kelley, & Dwight purchased land here and platted the community. A post office under the name Au Sable served the area until the Oscoda post office was established on July 1, 1875. The name Oscoda is believed to come from Henry Schoolcraft, who used a shortened form of ossin and muscoda, which means a pebbly prairie. The Lumberman's Monument is located nearby and was dedicated in 1932 in honor of the early lumberjacks that first populated the area. Canadian Football Hall Of Fame
The Canadian Football Hall of Fame (CFHOF) is a not-for-profit corporation, located in Hamilton, Ontario, that celebrates achievements in Canadian football. It is maintained by the Canadian Football League (CFL). It includes displays about the CFL, Canadian Interuniversity Sport football, Canadian university football and Canadian Junior Football League, Canadian junior football history. The Hall previously had a main feature in the central portion of the museum where the metal busts of inducted members were displayed prior to the physical building being closed. There were also featured displays that highlight each CFL team's history, and an interactive field goal kicking exhibit. The CFHOF is currently changing to a de-centralized model, which does not include a main museum building. Once during every CFL season, the Hall sponsors the induction ceremony of former players.
