Danny Röhl
Danny Röhl (born 28 April 1989) is a German football coach and former player who is manager of EFL Championship club Sheffield Wednesday. Playing career Born in Zwickau, Röhl played as a defender for clubs including FSV Zwickau, FC Sachsen Leipzig II and FC Eilenburg in the German lower leagues. Coaching career Röhl began coaching at RB Leipzig, later working at Southampton, Bayern Munich, and as assistant manager of the Germany national team. In October 2023, he was appointed manager of English club Sheffield Wednesday, becoming the youngest manager in the English Football League. He said he was looking forward to the challenge of his first managerial position, while player Josh Windass said he was excited to learn from Röhl. Röhl's first game was a 1–0 defeat away at Watford. Zwickau
Zwickau (; is, with around 87,500 inhabitants (2020), the fourth-largest city of Saxony after Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz and it is the seat of the Zwickau District.
