Danger Mouse (2015 TV Series)
''Danger Mouse'' is a children's animated television series, produced by FremantleMedia Kids & Family Entertainment and Boulder Media, though it started being produced by Boat Rocker Media in 2018 after they acquired FremantleMedia Kids & Family Entertainment. The series, which is a revival of the 1981 television series of the same name, sees the return of Danger Mouse, the self-proclaimed "World's Greatest Secret Agent", and his hamster sidekick Penfold, who protect the world from a variety of dangers. With help from his boss Colonel K and the genius scientist Professor Squawkencluck, Danger Mouse is equipped to defeat his nemesis, Baron Silas von Greenback. Marc Silk
Marc Silk (born 14 September 1972) is a British voice actor. Career During his school years, Silk was a quiet student who was aspiring for creativity. He presented a mock radio show for his media course, in which he performed an "unusual mix" of his heroes, interests and influences. The show caught attention from the mainstream media, with BBC Radio 4 building a feature on it. Many years later, Silk became a radio producer, practising his skills at home. He hosted a radio show in Coventry, directing other voice actors for promotions and doing sketches. Irish Animation Awards
The ''Irish Animation Awards'', for which the winners receive a statuette in the shape of a phenakistoscope, an early animation device, were first held on 13 March 2015 in Dingle, County Kerry. The statuette was designed by animator, film maker and teacher Eimhin McNamara. The judges included CBBC, Nickelodeon and CBeebies The second award ceremony took place on 25 March 2017. Mike Harding (born 23 October 1944) is an English singer, songwriter, comedian, writer, broadcaster and musician. Early life and education Harding's father, Louis Arthur "Curly" Harding, a navigator in the RAF, was killed in the Second World War, a month before his son's birth. Harding was educated at St Anne's, Crumpsall, and St Bede's College, Manchester. He has written of the abuse inflicted on pupils at St Bede's, a Roman Catholic school. After a varied career as a road digger, dustbin man, schoolteacher, steel erector, bus conductor, boiler scaler and chemical factory worker, he took a degree in English and Education at the University of Manchester.
