The Underdogs is an American contemporary R&B, R&B/pop music, pop record producer, production duo composed of Harvey Mason Jr. and Damon Thomas. Biography Harvey Mason Jr. is the son of session drummer Harvey Mason, Harvey Mason Sr. Damon Thomas was a songwriting and production partner for R&B producer Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds during the late 1990s, and worked with Babyface on hits such as Dru Hill's "These Are the Times", Faith Evans' "Never Gonna Let You Go (Faith Evans song), Never Gonna Let You Go", and Pink (singer), Pink's "Most Girls (Pink song), Most Girls". Harvey Mason Jr. was part of the Darkchild crew working alongside Rodney Jerkins before teaming up with Thomas. Damon Christopher Thomas (born 27 October 1949) is the former Lord Mayor of Hobart from 2011 to 2014. He continued to serve as an Alderman of the City of Hobart until failing to win re-election in 2022. Thomas had a range of previous appointments including Tasmanian Crown Solicitor, State Ombudsman, CEO of the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Korean Consul. Damon Thomas (December 15, 1970) is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Wayne State Wildcats. Early life Thomas was born in Clovis, California. He attended Wayne State College in Nebraska. He and Wildcats' teammates Brett Salisbury, Byron Chamberlain, and Brad Ottis all went on to play professionally.
