''Damasonium'' is a genus of six species of flowering plants in the family Alismataceae, commonly known as starfruit and by the older name thrumwort. ''D. californicum'' is a plant of wet environments in the western United States including Washington state, Oregon, northern California, Idaho, Nevada, and Montana.
