Yaohua High School
Yaohua High School () is a key school directly under the Tianjin Municipal Committee of Education, in the People's Republic of China. Introduction The school is located on 106, Nanjing Road, Heping District, Tianjin. The first four buildings are built during the concession period with British style, then a new building has been added during the 90s while the latest development of the school has included several building complexes that has been accomplished around 2004–2005. It originally covered 35,000 square metres, and recently an area of over 20,000 square metres adjoining to it has been added. Its original floor space was 25,600 square metres. Some new buildings to be built will add an additional 39,000 square metres. The school buildings have an attractive combination of Chinese and Western styles. Xiong Yaohua
Xiong Yaohua (7 June 1938 – 21 September 1985), better known by his pen name Gu Long, was a Hong Kong-born Taiwanese novelist, screenwriter, film producer and director. A graduate of Cheng Kung Senior High School and Tamkang University, Xiong is best known for writing wuxia novels and serials, which include ''Juedai Shuangjiao'', ''Xiaoli Feidao Series'', '' Chu Liuxiang Series'', '' Lu Xiaofeng Series'' and ''The Eleventh Son''. Some of these works have been adapted into films and television series for numerous times. In the 1980s, he started his own film studio, Bao Sian (寶龍), to produce film adaptations of his works. Life Xiong was born on 7 June 1938 in Hong Kong but his registered identity stated that he was born in 1941. His ancestral home was in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, China, and he lived in Hankou in his childhood. He moved to Taipei, Taiwan in 1952 with his parents, who divorced in 1956. Lin Yaohua
Lin Yaohua (, March 27, 1910 – November 27, 2000) was a leading Chinese sociologist and anthropologist. He was noted for his studies of Chinese family structures, as well as work on China's minority ethnic groups, particularly the Yi people. He also collaborated with Fei Xiaotong on works about ethnology in China. Life Lin Yaohua was born in Gutian County, Fujian, on March 27, 1910. In 1935, he earned his master's degree from Yenching University. In 1940, he earned a Ph.D. in Anthropology from Harvard University.
