ATP Finals
The ATP Finals is the season-ending championship of the ATP Tour. It is the most significant tennis event in the men's annual calendar after the four majors, as it features the top eight singles players and top eight doubles teams based on their results throughout the season. The eighth spot is reserved, if needed, for a player or team who won a major in the current year and is ranked from ninth to twentieth. The tournament uses a unique format not seen in other ATP Tour events, where the singles players and doubles teams are separated into two groups of four, within which they each play three round-robin matches. Yeniche Language
Yenish (, , ) is a variety of German spoken by the Yenish people, former nomads living mostly in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Alsace, Luxembourg, and other parts of France. Components Yenish has been documented since the 18th century. Yenish speakers generally speak their local German dialect, enriched by the Yenish vocabulary, which is derived in part from Rotwelsch, with influences from Yiddish, Romani, and other minority languages of their region. The Yenish vocabulary contains many words of Romani and Yiddish (and through the latter route, Hebrew) origin; it also has many unusual metaphors and metonyms that replace the standard German words. Some original Yenish words have become parts of standard German. Ying E Chi
Ying e Chi (Chinese: 影意志) is a non-profit organization formed in 1997 by a group of independent filmmakers in Hong Kong. Ying e Chi Limited is incorporated on 7 May 1999. Independent film makers of Ying e Chi include Vincent Chui, Kwok Wai-lun, Simon Chung, Charlie Lam and Lawrence Wong. Ying e Chi co-founded the Hong Kong Asian Film Festival (Chinese: 香港亞洲電影節). Later, they parted ways with HKAFF Society Limited, and self-organized Hong Kong Independent Film Festival since 2008. Yorkshire Engine Company
The Yorkshire Engine Company (YEC) was a small independent locomotive manufacturer in Sheffield, England. The company was formed in 1865 and produced locomotives and carried out general engineering work until 1965. It mainly built shunting engines for the British market, but also built main line engines for overseas customers. Steam locomotives were built by the firm from 1865 to 1956 and diesel locomotives from 1950 to 1965. The early years The idea of a locomotive builder based near Sheffield was first suggested in 1864 by W. G. Eden, who later became the fourth Baron Auckland. Yukon Energy Corporation (YEC; ) is a Crown corporation that is the primary producer of electricity in the Canadian territory of Yukon. It also distributes electricity to a small number of locations not served by the privately-owned ATCO Electric Yukon.
