Victon EPs
Victon (; stylized as VICTON, an acronym for Voice to New World) is a South Korean boy group formed in 2016 by IST Entertainment (formerly A Cube Entertainment, Plan A Entertainment, and Play M Entertainment). The group is composed of six members: Seungwoo, Seungsik, Sejun, Hanse, Byungchan and Subin. Originally a septet, Chan left the group on October 11, 2022, after being charged for driving under the influence (DUI). They debuted on November 9, 2016, with their extended play ''Voice to New World''. History Pre-debut Members Chan, Seungwoo, Seungsik and Byungchan joined A Cube Entertainment in 2014 and were among the company's first batch of male trainees. It was released on November 9, 2017 with the lead single "Remember Me" by Plan A Entertainment and distributed by Kakao Entertainment. Background and release The EP was released on the group's one year anniversary of debut. The EP contains six songs, including the lead single "Remember Me". Member Do Han-se contributed to writing on all six of the tracks, and all the member's of Victon participated in the writing of the song "Have a Good Night". The Circle Chart (), previously known as the Gaon Music Chart or the Gaon Chart (), tabulates the relative weekly popularity of songs and albums in South Korea. Founded in 2010, it is produced by the Korea Music Content Association and sponsored by South Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Futuresynth
Synthwave (also called retrowave, or futuresynth) is an electronic music microgenre that is based predominantly on the music associated with the film soundtracks of action films, science fiction films, and horror films of the 1980s.
