Trigun
is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yasuhiro Nightow. It was first serialized in Tokuma Shoten's manga magazine ''Monthly Shōnen Captain'' from March 1995 to December 1996, until the magazine ceased its publication; its chapters were collected in three volumes. The series continued its publication in Shōnen Gahosha's manga magazine '' Young King OURs'', under the title ''Trigun Maximum'', from October 1997 to March 2007. Shōnen Gahosha republished the ''Trigun'' chapters in two volumes, and collected the ''Trigun Maximum'' chapters in 14 volumes. Set on the fictional planet known as No Man's Land, the plot follows Vash the Stampede, a famous gunman who is constantly fighting bounty hunters seeking to obtain the immense bounty on his head. Vash The Stampede
is the protagonist of ''Trigun'', a manga series created by Yasuhiro Nightow in 1995. Set on the planet No Man's Land, Vash is the most feared outlaw who has earned a bounty of Fictional currency, $$60 billion ("double dollar") on his head and the nickname after accidentally destroying a city with his supernatural powers. He is a skilled gunman who battles bounty hunters and assassins working for his twin brother, Millions Knives. Despite his reputation, Vash displays a kindhearted personality by befriending citizens and refusing to murder his enemies. Nightow created Vash as a strong gunner who would stand out because of his pacifist ways, traits that are different from those of the stereotypical protagonist of action films. ''Trigun Stampede'' (stylized in all caps) is a Japanese anime television series which serves as the second and reimagined adaptation of the manga series ''Trigun'' by Yasuhiro Nightow. Badlands Rumble
''Trigun: Badlands Rumble'' is a 2010 Japanese animated science fiction action film directed by Satoshi Nishimura. Produced by Madhouse, the film is based on the ''Trigun'' manga written by Yasuhiro Nightow. It follows Vash the Stampede, who arrives in a city where several bounty hunters have gathered to kill wanted robber Gasback and claim a huge reward. Yasuhiro Nightow
is a Japanese manga artist. His major work ''Trigun'' was adapted into an anime series and film. He also designed the characters for the video game and anime series '' Gungrave'', and has been working on the manga '' Blood Blockade Battlefront''. Biography Nightow was born in Yokohama, and moved to Yokosuka when he was in elementary school, and spent his junior high and high school years in Shizuoka. His first exposure to comics was through Fujio Akatsuka's '' Tensai Bakabon'', and he was also influenced by the comics of Leiji Matsumoto such as '' Cosmoship Yamato'', ''Captain Harlock'' and '' Galaxy Express 999''. Shigeru Kitayama
is a Japanese anime producer. Some of his major works include Yasuhiro Nightow's ''Trigun'' television series as well as Nightow's other series '' Gungrave''. Anime Current was an anime television block running on G4 Canada, in which one series is broadcast from beginning to end. It was similar to Anime Unleashed, a former programming block on the American version of G4. It premiered on 6 November 2006 with R.O.D the TV.
