Time In Ukraine
Time in Ukraine, part of the Eastern European Time zone ( UTC+02:00), is locally referred to as Kyiv Time (). On 16 July 2024, the Ukrainian parliament voted to cease observing daylight saving time. The president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, however, did not plan to sign it. Geographical description The territory of Ukraine in Europe stretches 17°57' along a longitude or about 1.2 hours. Almost 95% of its territory is located in the Eastern European Time Zone with exceptions of its western and eastern extremities. Small portion of Zakarpattia Oblast is located in the Central European Time Zone, while Luhansk Oblast, most of Donetsk Oblast, and part of Kharkiv Oblast are geographically located in the Further-eastern European Time Zone. Solomonovo
Solomonovo (; ) is a village in Uzhhorod Raion (district) of Zakarpattia Oblast (province) in western Ukraine. It is located west of the Chop railway station. It had a population of 1,342, according to the 2001 census. It is the most western Ukrainian municipality. The distance to the most eastern village Rannya Zorya in the Luhansk Oblast is . The village is located in close proximity to the city of Chop and Ukrainian border with Hungary and Slovakia. The village is well known for its Škoda owned Eurocar subsidiary. Proto-state
A quasi-state (sometimes referred to as a state-like entity or formatively a proto-state) is a political entity that does not represent a fully autonomous sovereign state with its own institutions. Crimea

Eastern European Summer Time (EEST) is one of the names of the UTC+03:00 time zone, which is 3 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time. It is used as a summer daylight saving time in some European and Middle Eastern countries, which makes it the same as Arabia Standard Time, East Africa Time, and Moscow Time. During the winter periods, Eastern European Time ( UTC+02:00) is used. Since 1996, European Summer Time has been applied from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October. The Atlantic Time Zone is a geographical region that keeps standard time—called Atlantic Standard Time (AST)—by subtracting four hours from Coordinated Universal Time ( UTC), resulting in UTC−04:00.
