The Taipei Fubon Braves () are a professional basketball team that is owned by Fubon Sports & Entertainment, LLC., one of the subsidiaries under Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd. and currently plays in the Taiwanese P. League+. From 2014 to 2019, they played in the semi-pro Super Basketball League (SBL). They have also been part of the professional ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) since the 2019–20 ABL season. In the summer of 2020, when P. League+ was founded, they joined the league as one of the four founding teams and secured a three-peat from the 2020-21 season to the 2022-23 season. Taipei Heping Basketball Gymnasium
Taipei Heping Basketball Gymnasium is an indoor arena in the Daan District, Taipei City. The building is primarily used as home venue for the Taipei Fubon Braves of the P. LEAGUE+ (PLG) and ASEAN Basketball League. Taipei Heping Basketball Gymnasium opened on June 8, 2017, and seats 7,000 fans for Braves games. Opening The arena had its grand opening on June 8, 2017. Yen Hsing-su
Yen Hsing-su (; born 8 September 1976), also known as Johnny Yen, is a Taiwanese basketball coach and former basketball player, singer and actor. Since 2017 he has been the assistant coach of the Chinese Taipei men's national basketball team. From 2015 to 2017 he coached the Fubon Braves in Taiwan's Super Basketball League. Nicknamed "The Basketball Genie" (籃球精靈) for his playmaking skills, Yen was a regular of the Chinese Taipei national basketball team from 1997 to 2003. At the 2003 ABC Championship, he led the tournament in assists (4.7 per game), but retired soon afterwards to pursue a career in entertainment. Charles "Blackie" Chen or Chen Chien-Chou (born 2 May 1977) is a Taiwanese TV celebrity, basketball player and sports manager. He is the founder of the Taiwanese professional basketball league P. League+. Career Basketball Chen Chien-Chou made the Chinese Taipei junior national team when he was 18 and played in the 1995 ABC Under-18 Championship, where they finished 5th. Although only 190 cm (short for even Taiwanese basketball player standards), Chen played in the paint. Tyler Tarik Bey (born February 10, 1998) is an American professional basketball playing for Homenetmen Beirut of the Lebanese Basketball League (FLB).
