TRAU Football Club (known fully as Tiddim Road Athletic Union Football Club) is an Indian professional football club based in Imphal, Manipur. The club has, until relegation in 2024, competed in the I-League, the second tier of the Indian football league system. Nicknamed "The Red Python", the club was founded in 1954. TRAU made its I-League 2nd Division debut in 2017–18 season. They were promoted to the I-League in 2019, after winning 2nd Division. The club also participates in the Manipur State League. History ''Tiddim Road Athletic Union'', which was instituted on 2 October 1954 in Kwakeithel, Imphal, has been a pioneering organisation in the field of sports activities. They have lifted the title of CC Meet, state league of Manipur six times and finished runners up nine times. Khuman Lampak Main Stadium
The Khuman Lampak Main Stadium is a multi-use stadium located in Imphal, in the Indian state of Manipur. It is used mostly for football and athletics, and hosts the majority matches of the Manipur State League. The stadium holds 35,285 people and was built in 1999. This stadium lies inside the Khuman Lampak Sports Complex. The stadium's record attendance was set in a football match between NEROCA FC and Indian Arrows (2–1; 2017–18 I-League season), with 35,285 people in attendance, on 5 January 2018. In March 2023, the stadium for the first time, hosted international matches, as India alongside Kyrgyz Republic and Myanmar appeared in games of Hero Tri-Nation Series. Aizawl Football Club is an Indian professional football club based in Aizawl, Mizoram. The club competes in the I-League, the second tier of Indian football league system. The 2022–23 I-League (also known as the Hero I-League for sponsorship reasons) was the 16th season of I-League, first as the second tier of Indian football league system. It was played from 12 November 2022 to 12 March 2023. 2021–22 I-League
The 2021–22 I-League (also known as Hero I-League for sponsorship reasons) was the 15th season of I-League, last as the top tier of Indian football league system, since its establishment in 2007. All the matches were hosted in a bio-secure bubble in West Bengal due to COVID-19 pandemic in India. After the commencement of the first match-week of the league on 27 December 2021, the tournament got suspended on 29 December due to reports of numerous COVID-19 cases among the players and staff. Bidyashagar Singh Khangembam (born 11 March 1998) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a forward. Club career Bidyashagar is a product of East Bengal' youth system.
