Suphanburi Football Club () is a Thai professional football club based in Suphan Buri province. The club competes in the Thai League 2, the second tier of Thai football. Their home stadium is Suphan Buri Provincial Stadium. Club history Founded in 1998, Suphanburi Football Club became a member of the Thailand Provincial League which ran parallel to the Thai League and was overseen by the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT). In the league's inaugural year of 1999, the club finished as runners-up. Overall, Suphanburi was one of the most successful teams in the Pro League. They won the league title twice (2002 and 2004) and were also runners up on three occasions. Suphan Buri Provincial Stadium
Suphanburi Provincial Stadium (), formerly known as ''Suphan Buri World War II Stadium (''สนามกีฬาสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี), is a multi-purpose stadium and the home of Suphanburi F.C., located in Suphan Buri, Suphan Buri Province, Thailand. It was opened in 1947 and expanded in 2001. After Suphanburi F.C. came back to the top level as promoted to 2013 Thai Premier League, the stadium was re-expanded during the early time of the 2013 season as the northern stand was additionally built (only three sides beforehand) and entirely seated. The capacity then turned out to be 25,000 (standing (east and south) and seated (north and west)). 2011 Thai Division 1 League
2011 Thai League Division 1 is the 14th season of the League since its establishment in 1997. It is the feeder league for the Thai Premier League. A total of 18 teams will compete in the league. League expansion It was announced at the end of the 2010 Thai Division 1 League, 2010 season that the TPL would increase the number of teams for the start of the 2011 Thai Premier League season. Therefore, playoff games were arranged to promote more teams for the Regional League Division 2 and relegate less teams from the TPL. During these games, Nakhon Pathom F.C., Nakhon Pathom were banned and therefore will fail to take their place in Division 1 for the next two seasons. 2010 Thai League Division 1 is the 13th season of the League since its establishment in 1997. It is the feeder league for the Thai Premier League. A total of 16 teams will compete in the league. 2009 Queen's Cup
The 2009 Queen's Cup was the 33rd edition of this Thai domestic football cup competition. The last edition was played in 2006 and won by the Rajnavy Rayong FC. Hanyang University are the most successful club, having won the competition on seven occasions.
