The Shymkent Challenger was a professional tennis tournament played on clay courts. It was part of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) ATP Challenger Tour, Challenger Tour. Ričardas Berankis (; born June 21, 1990) is a Lithuanian professional tennis player. He is the first and only Lithuanian to enter the Association of Tennis Professionals, ATP top 50 rankings, making him the highest ranked Lithuanian tennis player of all time.
