Seungri
Lee Seung-hyun (; born December 12, 1990), better known by the stage names Seungri () and V.I, is a South Korean former singer-songwriter and was a member of the South Korean boy band BigBang (South Korean band), BigBang formed by YG Entertainment. A key figure of the Burning Sun scandal, he was convicted in 2020 for prostitution mediation and embezzlement. In the mid-2000s, Seungri rose to prominence as a member of the South Korean boy band BigBang (South Korean band), BigBang. With the release of the group's second studio album Remember (BigBang album), ''Remember'' (2008), which included a solo performance by Seungri, he began to adopt a more mature image as an artist. The Burning Sun scandal, also known as Burning Sun gate, was a 2019 entertainment and sex scandal in Seoul, South Korea, which involved several Celebrity, celebrities, including Korean idols of popular K-pop List of South Korean idol groups, groups, and Law enforcement in South Korea, police officials. The Great Seungri
''The Great Seungri'' is the only Korean studio album by South Korean singer Seungri. It was released on July 20, 2018 by YG Entertainment and Genie Music. It is available in two versions and contains nine tracks, with " 1, 2, 3!" as its lead single and "Where R U From" as its subtitle. This is also his final Korean release before his retirement in 2019. Background and release In January 2018, Seungri revealed that he had prepared a solo album alongside solo concerts. ''19-Nineteen'' (; lit. "I'm 19 years old") is a 2009 South Korean- Japanese crime drama film starring T.O.P, Seungri, and Heo Yi-jae.
