S.C. Olhanense
Sporting Clube Olhanense (), commonly known as Olhanense, is a Portuguese sports club from Olhão, Algarve. Its Association football, football team was founded on 27 April 1912 and currently plays in the Algarve Football Association Portuguese District Championships, First Division, the fifth tier of Portuguese football. It holds home matches at the 5,661-spectator capacity Estádio José Arcanjo. Olhanense won the Taça de Portugal#Campeonato de Portugal (1922–1938), Campeonato de Portugal (now Taça de Portugal) in 1924, their most prestigious honour in history. They most recently played in the Primeira Liga in 2014 and the Liga Portugal 2, second tier in 2017. Estadio José Arcanjo is a multi-purpose stadium in Olhão, Portugal. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of SC Olhanense, Olhanense. The stadium was able to hold 11,622 people and was built in 1984. Jorge Costa (footballer)
Jorge Paulo Costa Almeida (born 14 October 1971) is a Portuguese former footballer who played as a central defender, currently a manager. Nicknamed ''Bicho'' (animal) and ''Tanque'' (tank) by his colleagues and fans for his aggressive and physical playing style, he spent most of his professional career with Porto, being team captain for several seasons and winning a total of 24 major titles, notably eight Primeira Liga championships and the 2004 Champions League. SJPF Young Player Of The Month
The SJPF Young Player of the Month (often called Portuguese League Young Player of the Month) is an association football award that recognizes the best Portuguese League young player each month of the season and is conceived by the SJPF (syndicate of professional football players). The award has been presented since the 2003–04 season and the recipient is based on individual scores assigned by the three national sports dailies (''A Bola'', '' Record'' and ''O Jogo''). The first winner of the award was João Moutinho in October 2006. Moutinho has won the award a record six times. Only Portuguese players under age 23 are in contention to win the award. Tiago Manuel da Silva Maia (born 18 September 1992) is a Portuguese footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for S.C. Olhanense. Liga 3 (Portugal)
The Liga 3 is the third-level football league in the Portuguese football league system, starting in 2021–22. It is a semiprofessional national league organized by the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF). The creation of this league is part of a restructuring of the Portuguese third tier, with Campeonato de Portugal, which saw the number of teams reduced, being relegated to fourth tier and the top teams competing there advancing to this new competition. In its first season, a total of 24 teams competed in the Liga 3, 2 of which were relegated from 2020–21 Liga Portugal 2 and 22 others which were promoted from 2020–21 Campeonato de Portugal. Edgar Steven Davids (; born 13 March 1973) is a Dutch former professional association football, footballer. Davids was nicknamed "The Pitbull" because of his marking ability, aggression, and hard tackling style of play.
