Røros Line
The Røros Line () is a rail transport, railway line which runs through the districts of Norway, districts of Hedmarken, Østerdalen, and Gauldalen in Innlandet and Trøndelag, Norway. The line branches off from the Dovre Line at Hamar Station and runs a more easterly route to Støren Station, where the two lines meet again. The Røros Line also intersects with the Solør Line at Elverum Station. The single track (rail), single track, standard gauge line lacks railway electrification system, electrification and only has centralized traffic control south of Røros Station. SJ Norge operate regional passenger trains. In addition the line is used by freight trains hauling lumber and wood chippings. The first parts of the line was the Hamar–Grundset Line and the Trondhjem–Støren Line, which opened on 23 June 1862 and 5 August 1964, respectively. Evenstad Station
Evenstad is a village in Stor-Elvdal Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. The village is located along the Glomma river, about south of the village of Koppang. The small village (it had a population of 77 in 2005 according tStatBank is surrounded by forests, mountains and lakes. The village is the site of the Evenstad Church. The Evenstad campus of the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences is located in the village. This campus is where the Faculty of Forestry and Wilderness Management has about 220 students. Trøndelag

Trondhjem–Støren Line
The Trondhjem–Støren Line () was Trøndelag, Trøndelag's first railway. It opened on 5 August 1864, ten years after the Trunk Line between Oslo and Eidsvoll Municipality opened. The 49 kilometer long (later 51.1 km) railway line was narrow gauge railway, narrow gauged () and went between the city of Trondheim (city), Trondheim and the village of Støren (in what is now Midtre Gauldal Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway). The railway had its station, Trondhjem Kalvskinnet Station, in Prinsens gate, crossed the Nidelva river on a newly constructed railroad bridge to Elgeseter, the Elgeseter Bridge. A single-track railway is a railway where trains traveling in both directions share the same track. Single track is usually found on lesser-used rail lines, often branch lines, where the level of traffic is not high enough to justify the cost of constructing and maintaining a second track. Elverum Station is a railway station located at Vestad, on the west side of Glomma in the town of Elverum which is located in Elverum Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway.
