Robbins Entertainment is an American dance music record label. It is owned by Cory Robbins and has released music by Cascada, such as their hit single " Everytime We Touch". It is also the company responsible for the ''Dance Party Like It's....'' series and the ''Trance Party'' series, as well as the ''Mixshow'' series. Several one-volume CDs like ''Dance Rock'' have also been released. The label is distributed by The Orchard and is one of two labels in the Sony Music line-up that specializes in dance and electronic music, the other being Ultra Music (which Sony acquired in 2013 in an investment deal), who has collaborated with Robbins on several occasions. Robbins Entertainment has a country music division named Robbins Nashville, which was created in May 2007. Cory Robbins (born September 23, 1957) is an American record executive. Robbins founded two influential record labels. The first, Profile Records (in business from 1981 to 1996; Robbins left in 1994), grew to become a large independent label that proved key in the rise of hip-hop as a commercially viable genre, most notably in breaking hip-hop's first multiplatinum act, Run-D.M.C. The second, Robbins Entertainment (founded in 1996), has been a pioneer charting dance music's course into the 21st century. Dominique Rijpma van Hulst (; born 7 September 1981) is a Dutch singer and actress known by her stage name Do. She is best known for singing the vocals of "Heaven", DJ Sammy's worldwide top 10-hit in 2002–2003, a cover of the 1980s hit of the same name by Bryan Adams. Early life Dominique Rijpma van Hulst was born in 1981 in Valkenswaard, Netherlands. She was raised by her stepfather Willem-Jan van Hulst, a popular tennis coach. Samuel Bouriah (born 19 October 1969), better known by his stage name DJ Sammy, is a Spanish DJ and record producer. He has released five albums and has had five top-10 hits, including a cover of Bryan Adams' "Heaven", which reached number one in the UK in 2002. His career started with ex-wife Marie-José van der Kolk in the making of his first singles, under the stage name of DJ Sammy featuring Carisma. Hani (born Hani Adnan Al-Bader) is a Kuwaiti / American record producer and remixer based in New York, notable for his restructurings of hits by artists ranging from Michael Jackson to Alicia Keys, as well as his original productions. DHT (sometimes stylized as D.H.T., acronym for Dance House Trance) were a Belgian duo consisting of singer Edmée Daenen (born 25 March 1985 in Kortrijk) and Flor Theeuwes, also known as DJ Da Rick (born 28 August 1976 in Turnhout). They had a hit in the US and Australia in 2005, with their cover version of " Listen to Your Heart", originally recorded by Roxette. Dana Rayne (born March 5, 1981 on Long Island, New York) is an American dance and Pop singer. Rayne was a success on the American club scene where she started off as a DJ in New York. This led to her releasing a song, "Object of My Desire" which was a eurotrance cover of Starpoint's popular dance tune in the mid 1980s. It reached the Top 10 of the UK Singles Chart in January 2005.
