Reichman University
Reichman University () is Israel's only private university, located in Herzliya, Tel Aviv District. It was founded in 1994 as the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC Herzliya, ) private college, before being rebranded in 2021. It receives no direct government funding, and in August 2021 became Israel's first private university. History Reichmann University was founded in 1994 by Uriel Reichman as the Israeli private college Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC Herzliya, ). The campus is located in the city of Herzliya, Israel, six miles north of the city Tel Aviv, on the grounds of a former British Air Force base. Anat Brunstein Klomek
Anat Brunstein-Klomek () is an Israeli psychologist. She is an associate professor at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and holds an adjunct position at the New York State Psychiatric Institute. Her research focuses on depression, suicide and bullying. Early life and education Brunstein-Klomek studied behavioural sciences at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. She moved to Bar-Ilan University for her graduate studies, where she completed both a master's degree and doctorate in clinical psychology. Isaac Berzin (Hebrew: איציק ברזין; born December 12, 1967) is an Israeli scientist and entrepreneur. Academic and professional life Berzin is a scientist and entrepreneur in the field of sustainable microalgae. During his early career years, his research was focused on biofuels, and in recent years his focus shifted to sustainable aquafeed, nutrition and human health products. Aharon Barak
Aharon Barak (; born 16 September 1936) is an Israeli lawyer and jurist who served as President of the Supreme Court of Israel from 1995 to 2006. Prior to this, Barak served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Israel from 1978 to 1995, and before this as Attorney General of Israel from 1975 to 1978. Barak was born with the name of Erik Brick in Kaunas, Lithuania in 1936. Having survived the Holocaust, he and his family later immigrated to Mandatory Palestine in 1947. Elette Boyle () is an American and Israeli computer scientist and cryptographer, known for her research on secret sharing, digital signatures, and obfuscation. She is a professor of computer science at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, where she directs the Center for Foundations and Applications of Cryptographic Theory. Uzi Arad (; born October 2, 1947) is an Israeli national security official and scholar. Spending over two decades in the Mossad, Arad rose to become the agency's director of research (Intelligence (information gathering), intelligence).
