Radio Crne Gore is a radio station in Montenegro that is part of Radio Televizija Crne Gore (Radio-Television of Montenegro). Radio Crne Gore broadcasts from Podgorica. XHRCG-TDT, also known as RCG Televisión Saltillo, is a television station located in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. The station was previously a Televisa local station, with programming from FOROtv. It currently airs as its own local productions and news, and is owned by Grupo RCG. History XHRCG came to air as XHAD-TV, owned by Alberto Jaubert and receiving its concession in 1968. Broadcasts started on September 7 that year as an affiliate of Televisión Independiente de México, led by XHTM-TV. In the 1980s, after Jaubert's death, the station was sold to Roberto Casimiro González Treviño, and in 1991 it was rechristened XHRCG-TV. The station has a repeater, XHCAW-TDT channel 36 (virtual channel 58) in Ciudad Acuña. XHCAW produces its own local news but is tightly integrated into XHRCG's programming. Range concatenation grammar (RCG) is a grammar formalism developed by Pierre Boullier in 1998 as an attempt to characterize a number of phenomena of natural language, such as Chinese numbers and German word order scrambling, which are outside the bounds of the mildly context-sensitive languages. From a theoretical point of view, any language that can be parsed in polynomial time belongs to the subset of RCG called positive range concatenation grammars, and reciprocally. Though intended as a variant on Groenink's literal movement grammars (LMGs), RCGs treat the grammatical process more as a proof than as a production. The Restored Church of God (RCG) is one of many churches which were formed in response to major doctrinal changes which were made within the Worldwide Church of God (WCG) in 1995. The RCG claims to retain the tenets, style, and structure which existed in the earlier WCG before church leader Herbert W. Armstrong's death in 1986. Foundation The RCG was formed in May 1999, in the midst of an ongoing upheaval in the wake of a departure from the WCG's established beliefs. It is based in Wadsworth, Ohio. The RCG's founder and leader is David C. Pack (born 1948). As Pastor General of the Restored Church of God, Pack oversees the operations of the church. The Rural Connectivity Group (RCG) is a joint venture by New Zealand mobile network operators – One NZ, Spark and 2degrees. Crown Infrastructure Partners has contracted with the Rural Connectivity Group to bring 4G mobile and wireless broadband coverage to rural New Zealand under the Rural Broadband Initiative Phase Two and the Mobile Black Spot Fund.
